What we store
Your account is managed by the enabled authentication service. GUDBIYE AI stores only your chosen profile name and photo reference, saved text results, favorites, notes, and translation caches in private account-scoped key-value storage. We do not store passwords in app code or records.
AI processing
Messages and context you submit are sent to the enabled AI or translation service to produce a result. Screenshots are sent for image analysis and are not saved to the app file library. The service provider processes those inputs; GUDBIYE AI cannot promise zero provider retention. Remove sensitive information and obtain permission before submitting another person’s messages.
Public profile photos
Profile photos are uploaded to public file storage. Anyone with the URL may view them, and app files can be publicly listed. Never upload confidential content. Removing a profile photo reference does not remove the underlying public file; only the app owner can delete uploaded files.
Private saved text
Signed-in records use server-enforced user-scoped keys. No user can choose another user’s keyspace. Guest results remain in the current page session and are not saved as account records. Only language, theme, and layout preferences use this device’s local storage.
Your data controls
You can export history and favorites, delete individual conversations, favorites or notes, or erase all saved app text and profile settings. Account identity deletion is not available through the enabled client authentication API; clearing saved data does not delete the sign-in account. The app owner must arrange identity removal with the provider.
Safety and limitations
AI responses may be inaccurate and are not professional counseling, medical, or legal advice. Interpretations of another person’s feelings are possibilities, not facts. Do not use this assistant to manipulate, harass, impersonate or pressure others. In an unsafe situation, prioritize your safety and seek trusted local help.
Security and service limits
Authentication, email verification, password resets, session management, and per-user storage access are handled by the platform. Inputs are length-limited and rendered as text. The platform enforces shared service rate limits. No secret API keys or passwords are stored in the frontend.
